What this is
Lattice House operates in two forms. The first: hotel and licensed venue residencies — structured, multi-week programmes deployed into hospitality properties through The Agency, replacing the ad hoc freelancer model with a single NSV contract and operating standard. The second: curated short-term activations placed inside major regional and global events — F1, Token2049, Milken, Conscious Leaders Collective — where the right audience is already concentrated and in need of the counterpoint.
Neither form is a standard wellness pop-up. Lattice House activations are programmed environments — a private property taken over, fitted with apparatus, and run as a full NSV experience for 10–14 days. The audience is curated: investors, operators, facilitators, and practitioners who want to understand the standard before applying to it. Each activation serves four purposes simultaneously: it demonstrates the full NSV offering in a live environment; it compounds the network; it generates content that funds hotel proposals and studio pre-launch; and it proves the format — Lattice House is the prototype for every NSV studio.
