1. Who we are
Nervous System Ventures Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202627628C), 101 Upper Cross Street, #05-16, People’s Park Centre, Singapore 058357 (“NSV”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It covers nsysventures.com, our forms, Slow Mail by NSV, NSV Academy and Senya.
2. What we collect
When you contact us, sign up or apply, we may collect:
Your name, email address and phone number.
What you tell us in a form, such as your message, organisation, role and application answers.
Your Slow Mail by NSV signup and email preferences.
Basic site usage data, such as pages visited and general location, collected in aggregate by our website platform.
3. Why we use it
We use your personal data to:
Reply to your enquiries and keep a record of our conversations.
Send you Slow Mail by NSV, if you sign up.
Review and manage NSV Academy applications.
Handle Senya bookings and expressions of interest.
Run, secure and improve our site and services, and meet our legal obligations.
4. Consent and withdrawal
By submitting a form or signing up, you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time. Every Slow Mail email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email hello@nsysventures.com. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide some services, and we will tell you what that means before we act on it.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run NSV, and only as needed:
Beehiiv, for Slow Mail by NSV emails.
Resend, for confirmation and other transactional emails.
Notion, for our internal records.
Cloudflare, for hosting and processing form submissions.
Framer, for our website.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Singapore. When this happens, we take steps to make sure your personal data receives protection comparable to the PDPA, for example through the providers’ contractual commitments.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as required by law. After that, we delete it or anonymise it.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable security measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted connections and trusted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
9. Access and correction
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and ask us to correct it. Email hello@nsysventures.com. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can, usually within 30 days.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
